Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received, excluding weekends and holidays.
Shipping Methods
We ship using reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on package size, value, and destination.
- Tracking is provided on all orders.
- Signature confirmation may be required for higher-value items.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on item size and weight, shipping destination, and the selected shipping method.
International Shipping
International shipping is offered where available.
- Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
- Delivery times may vary due to customs processing.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Returns Policy
All Sales on Collectibles
Due to the nature of collectibles and trading cards, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated below.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We gladly accept returns or issue replacements if the item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item.
To qualify:
- You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- The item must be returned in its original condition.
- Photos may be required to document the issue.
We will cover return shipping for verified errors on our part.
Condition Disclosure
All items are described and photographed to the best of our ability. Condition assessments for collectibles (cards, memorabilia, etc.) are subjective.
Minor imperfections consistent with the stated condition do not qualify as damage.
Graded Items
Graded cards and sealed collectibles are final sale unless damaged in transit.
- Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Original grading case must be intact.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Digital goods
- Gift cards
- Items marked "Final Sale"
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage after delivery
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Return Address
All approved returns must be sent to the address provided during the return authorization process. Do not send returns without prior approval.
